Delivery & Returns
We offer standard UK delivery (2–4 working days). Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. If you'd like to exchange, please include a note in your return or contact us and we’ll do our best to help. You're also welcome to return online purchases at any of our store locations, as long as they meet our returns policy conditions.
At the moment we only ship within the UK. For any special requests, feel free to contact our team and we’ll see what we can do.
Yes - you can choose "Click & Collect" at checkout and pick up your order from any of our stores. We'll email you when it’s ready, usually within 1–2 working days.
In Store
All of our shops are open Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5:30pm. Hours may vary on bank holidays — please check our location pages for up-to-date information.

Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
While we don’t offer in-house tailoring, we’re happy to recommend trusted local alteration services. Just ask in-store.
Stock can vary between locations. If you're looking for something specific, we recommend calling the shop in advance and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.

If an item is unavailable in your local store, we may be able to transfer it from another location or place a special order for you. Just speak to a member of the team — we’re always happy to help.
Yes, if the size or item you want isn’t available in-store, we can place an order for home delivery or arrange for it to be sent to your nearest branch.
Many of our items are available both online and in-store, but availability may vary. Most of our online sale stock is held at our Stockton Heath shop, so feel free to contact us or call ahead if you're looking for something specific.
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change such as updating the size, shipping address, or items, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
