Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate.

Please be aware that colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen or device.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

Our current delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our Delivery page and at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, although delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods purchased online should generally be delivered within 30 days.

Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is available, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

If the item is already available at your selected store, collection may be available the same day. If stock needs to be transferred between stores, additional time may be required.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.

Returns & Cancellations

For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Please notify us within this period if you wish to cancel your order. Once you have notified us, goods should normally be returned within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please see our Returns Policy for full information on how to make a return, applicable return charges and any exclusions.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.

This may include certain underwear and swimwear.

Gift cards are also non-returnable except where required by law.

Any exclusions will be clearly stated where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us as soon as possible.

Consumers have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

Gift Cards

Riva Menswear gift cards are supplied digitally unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Any additional terms relating to expiry dates or use will be displayed when purchasing the gift card.

The content of this website is provided for general information and may be updated or changed without notice.

All website content, including photographs, graphics, branding, design, text and layout, is owned by or licensed to Riva Menswear Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
