Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  However, should you wish to return one or more items please return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.  This is in accordance with the Customer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We recommend that you send your package by ROYAL MAIL RECORDED SIGNED FOR DELIVERY or ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY and address it to:

Your method of payment will be credited as soon as possible less any postage and packing charge.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
